If you could create a new state law, what would it be? Why would it be a good law?

Iditarod- Homework

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) thinks the Iditarod is cruel punishment for the dogs, however many people think that the Iditarod is a dream come true for dogs. Which side do you agree with and WHY?
