After 9 students gave speeches to become our 2010-2011, our students had a hard time voting to narrow it down to just two reps. But here they are:

Our main student council rep will be Andi W. and our alternate is Dillon T!

Please meet in the Multi-purpose room at 6:30, then you will be dismissed to the classroom around 6:55. It is important that at least one parent come to this. Please make every effort to make it to Curriculum Night. You will want to bring your calendar, and a check for planners. See you then!

The Book Fair is going to be a little different this year. Monday is a PREVIEW day only! Please do not send your child in with money. We will be doing a walk through and students can get an idea for the book(s) they might like to bring money for on Wednesday.

Students in our class will not be allowed to shop during their recesses this year. We have a designated shopping time on Wednesday morning. So if your child is going to shop for books, they may bring money on Wednesday!

Just to confirm, the field trip is TUESDAY, September 28th (not Wednesday).

Don't forget that students need to bring their Me-in-a-Bag projects on Tuesday! I hope you are having a great weekend!

Students are coming home today with a free ticket to the Puyallup Fair and $5 off parent admission. Each student got one. I just thought I should warn you in case it tries to slip out of the binder and be lost forever.

Normally I will send home Friday Packets each weekend. But I've been sending home lots of papers already, I figure we can wait one more week to start the Friday Packets.
